Moses Lee (“PMo”) serves as our lead pastor. He immigrated to the US when he was six and spent most of his life in California and Maryland. He graduated from the University of Maryland College Park where he double majored in Criminology and Government. He also received his Master of Divinity and Master of Theology from Westminster Theological Seminary. He’s a PhD candidate at the University of Edinburgh (UK) where he’s studying systematic theology under Dr. James Eglinton.

He has written extensively for SOLA Network, The Gospel Coalition, ByFaith Magazine, The Witness: A Black Christian Collective, and The Journal of Reformed Theology, among others. Finally, he was ordained in the PCA for ten years prior to transferring to the EPC and currently serves as an envoy for the Langham Partnership. During his free time, Moses enjoys being a gearhead.

He recommends starting with the following articles to understand his heart for Rosebrook:

World Kim serves as director of family ministry and discipleship. World was born and raised in Maryland, where he intends to reside for the rest of his life, Lord willing. World has been serving in ministry in various capacities since 2016. In addition, he finished his Ph.D. at the Catholic University of America, where he was also a teaching fellow. He has publications in Revue de Qumrân, the Catholic Biblical Quarterly, and the Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society.

Currently, World is interested in how social identity is constructed by means of interpretation in Second Temple Judaism. World is an avid coffee and energy drink consumer and is highly caffeinated at all times.

Joseph Kim is our director of spiritual formation. Joseph was born in Maryland and raised in South Korea and Northern Virginia. In 2011, he served in Korean and American ministry contexts, teaching youth and college students, leading praise, and being involved with overseas missions. Over time, he grew to love preaching and teaching the Bible. He received his B.S. in Systems Engineering from George Mason University and worked as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

He completed his Master of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary, DC. During his downtime, Joseph enjoys the combined experience of good music, coffee, and company. He also loves watching movies and TV shows.

Anna Sol Park serves as one of our pastoral interns. Anna was raised by visionary, scrappy Korean-American immigrants and grew up in New Jersey, Georgia, and California. She has a background in talent acquisition, specifically building teams at mission-driven startups. As one of the original founding members of Rosebrook, Anna serves as a children’s ministry praise leader, liturgist, and missional community leader. Her bold prayer is for God to call her to long-term missions to serve indigenous communities in the Pacific Northwest.

To that end, she is pursuing her Master of Arts (Theological Studies) at Covenant Theological Seminary. Although Anna didn’t grow up Christian and committed her life to Christ in her senior year of college, God has transformed her heart to courageously and radically live out a childlike faith only possible through Christ’s sacrifice and resurrection.

To emulate this childlike faith, Anna enthusiastically enjoys exorbitant amounts of sour candy, exploring grocery stores for sweet gems, and staying up as late as possible to go on walks at the nearby park.

Alex Lopez was born and raised in Virginia. Prior to being the ESL Coordinator, he taught World History to ESL students and currently is working in commercial construction.

Outside of work, Alex is happiest exploring new places, baking desserts, and making memories with his wife, D'Anna.

His heart for people extends beyond the walls of the church. Alex carries a deep prayer to build meaningful connections with the Latino community in Montgomery County — a vision that fuels both his ministry and his everyday life.

Diana Santos-Lee serves as Rosebrook’s digital coordinator. As a daughter of Salvadoran immigrants, she has dedicated her career to exploring how to use digital platforms to build movements and community around issues that matter, working for mission-driven non-profits and start-ups.

Diana is a DMV local and in her free time loves photography, running, and listening to music.

Ji Lee serves as our connections coordinator. Ji was born in South Korea and raised in Maryland. She received her B.A. in Communications (Public Relations) and Sociology from the University of Maryland College Park. She currently owns an event planning business as well as a Korean restaurant with her mother in Ellicott City, Maryland.

Ji is passionate about leading and serving her clients so that they can experience God's love and grace through her work and dedication.

She has experience in administration, event coordination (corporate, weddings, and milestone celebrations), executive support, and customer service. Ji thrives being around and meeting people, and enjoys heartfelt conversations over coffee or bubble tea.

Marcus Marshall serves as our AV Engineer with a passion for creating audio/visual experiences through tech and problem-solving. Outside of work, he enjoys photography and making music. He loves combining creativity and tech, whether working on an AV setup, behind a camera, or producing music in his free time.

Jessica Yang serves as our operations coordinator. She is a Korean American who was born and raised in Maryland by parents who immigrated from South Korea. Jess has ministry experiences ranging from nursery to young adults, and work experiences in administration, project management, office management, and patient care coordination. During college, she helped charter an Asian-interest sorority on her campus and served in various positions on the executive board and as chapter advisor after graduation.

Currently, she is caring for her two children at home. In her downtime, she enjoys playing video games with her husband, making various kinds of kimchi, and enjoys being a part of the BTS A.R.M.Y.
